Changing Times: Does the Message Still Fit the Mission?

The work of the Public Relations administrator is guided by the mission of the organization.

Organizations are sometimes subjected to internal and/or external influences that call for a change in the message while requiring that the organization’s mission remain intact. This session will present strategies to assist with the alignment of mission and message in changing times.

Participants will learn an Eight Step Process to Change that can be applied to program
development or problem solving, based on Kotter’s Eight Stage Process for Leading
